7. Secure the battery cable using the supplied zip ties and replace the rear cover.

Base Cable Power Connection

CAUTION

Do not connect the system power cable to the vehicle ignition or

battery until all system components are mounted and all

electrical connections are completed.

1. Locate and access the battery compartment below the left side of the cab. It may be

necessary to remove the tool box or battery cover.

2. Use a 10 mm socket to remove the two nuts holding the black cover over the electrical

components and power hook ups.

CAUTION

Corrosion and build up on the power relay module may

make connecting OMNiDRIVE™ leads difficult. Use

penetrating oil on studs and nuts before attempting to

connect leads to the module. If studs are broken, the

factory power relay module will need to be replaced.
