Turn on the PC and connect REX-USB61 to the USB port. 
The below hardware wizard will start up. Proceed to the below instruction. 

 
 
Select [No, not this time] and

Insert the bundled CD-ROM 
and select [Install the software 
automatically(Recommended)]
