KNOW YOUR CHAIN SAW 

 

Speed control (see figure7-8) 

 

Two speed ranges can be preselected with the speed 

 

FSAT SPEED (see figure7) 

 

SLOW SPEED(see figure8) 

 

The machine is equipped with a speed choice function . To change the speed range, turn the speed change switch 
lever so that it points toward "

" for low speed or "

Note! Using the machine with slow speed only reduces the chain speed not the cutting power of the machine. 

 

Chain brake and front hand guard(see figure6) 

 

Your chain saw is equipped with a chain brake that is designed to stop the chain if you get a kickback. The chain 
brake reduces the risk of accidents, but only you can prevent them. 

 

Chain catcher 

 

The chain catcher is designed to catch the chain if it snaps or jumps off. This should not happen if the chain
