• Preheat: until the set temperature is reached
(at least until the control light goes out)

• Set cooking temperature.
• Select cooking time/continuous duty or core
temperature (option).
Note:
Before opening the door wait until the fan wheel
stops rotating (heat accumulation).

Change the set values when necessary.

… the containers when the food has reached its re-
quired cooking consistency. When the door is opened
the unit switches off automatically. The fan continues
to rotate until it becomes stationary.

• Reading the display controls.
• Self control (finger, needle, prodding).
• Inserting the automatic core probe (option).
