COMPASS (Compass settings)
The COMPASS menu allows to set the compass.
DECLIN:
The declination is used to compensate the difference between the geographic
and the magnetic north. This data can be obtained visiting specific web sites.
(If you don’t know how to set the DECLIN value, leave it at 0.0)
DIR:
(EAST or WEST) The direction is used to indicate the Earth magnetic field’s
declination direction.
(If you don’t know how to set the DIR value, leave it at EAST)
CALIB:
(Calibration) Press B or D to start the compass calibration.
For a correct calibration ensure to be far from magnetic field sources (PC, TV, street lights etc.)
To exit select EXIT (or wait for 60 seconds without pressing any button)
