pflash -b -E -p /tmp/<filename>.pnor
to update the BMC firmware.
NOTE:
When updating early revisions of the BMC firmware, and to a lesser degree during any BMC firmware
update, there is a possibility that the update process may result in a non-functional BMC. Recovery of the BMC
in this situation would requiring external programming of the socketed BMC Flash ROM, so it may be useful to
have an external programming method available before attempting to update the BMC firmware.
