Static Decay / Water
Pressure Test
The purpose of this test is to verify that each of the
valves in the applicator will pass fluid. Also, this
test verifies all seals along the fluid passages have
been properly installed to prevent any leakage.
1. Ensure all toggle switches are set to the “off”
or “down” position.
2. Position the applicator where any water
sprayed out of the bell may be collected and
properly disposed of.
3. Verify there is no residual pressure in the
pressure pot included with the test stand. Turn
the regulator dial on the pressure pot counter-
clockwise until all pressure is released. Pull the
bleed-off valve to release any remaining pressure.
