The hot plates are equipped with 4
radiant heating elements with different
powers and diameters. Cooking zones
are marked on the hob top; the power
inputs are listed above.
Close to each control knob, there is a
diagram that shows which cooking zone
that knob controls. There is a residual
heat light that turns on when the cooking
zone temperature is above 60°C. This will
turn off only when the cooking zone has
cooled below this value.
