Query parameters:

At least one screen must display a channel with the specified
channel type that has the trace mode "Write" specified using
[SENSe:]ADEMod:AM[:ABSolute][:TDOMain][:TYPE]
on page 125. Otherwise a query error is generated.
Example:
SFM:LEFT:AFSP:RES MINH
Returns the minimum value in the left channel after a series of
measurements.
