These commands defines the start and stop frequency for a frequency sweep. The val-
ues also define the display range in a Cartesian diagram. The default start and stop
frequencies equal to the minimum and maximum frequency of the analyzer.
The ranges depend on the instrument model; see

<StopFreq>
Start and stop frequency of the sweep
Increment: 0.1 kHz
Default unit: Hz
Example:
*RST; FREQ:STAR 100000
Activate a frequency sweep and set the start frequency to 100
kHz.
FREQ:STOP 10MHz
Set the stop frequency to 10 MHz.

Note:
If the start frequency entered is greater than the current stop frequency, the stop
frequency is set to the start frequency plus the minimum frequency span
(
).
If the stop frequency entered is smaller than the current start frequency, the start fre-
quency is set to the stop frequency minus the minimum frequency span.
