a) Bulk Charging
When battery voltage has not been filled to the set value, the controller will
provide the largest charge current for battery charging. During the fast charge
phase, solar panels straight to battery, PV voltage will be clamped on the
battery voltage.
b) Constant Charging
When battery voltage reaches the value of equalizing charging, PWM
charging mode will start. Continue charging for 2 hours, the controller will
regulate the battery voltage to maintain it at the setting value, to prevent battery
overcharge.
c) Float Charging
At this stage the battery nearly full & no need more power. But the controller
will remain very weak charge current. The purpose is to compensation for the
system loses to keep the battery always in saturation, while extended battery
life.
