Adjust the position of unit in case the indicator

does not light up. During charging, the blocks within
the battery status indicator
as shown on the LCD
will flash in turn as the battery is being charged.
Once the battery is charged (normally this takes
about 4 hours), the blocks will be full and not flash,
with the text FULL CHARGE shown on the LCD.
Now the unit can be switched on for operation. It can
be taken out or kept in place in the charger stand –
this will not cause damage to the battery. In the latter
case, when the battery is being consumed and the
battery level falls to a certain level, the charger stand
will automatically start charging the battery again.
Note: Before using the parent unit for the first
time, charge the battery for at least four hours.
It is recommended to switch off the unit for the
first charge.

Movement Sensor Pad (optional)
Set the lock lever to open position, slide open the battery door in the direction shown.
Install 3 AAA (UM-4) alkaline batteries, observe correct polarities. Slide back battery
door and set the lever back to lock position.
