STEP 4.
Slide the adjustable arms through the horizontal mounting block bolt holes until the
rack is level. Press the black caps on to the ends of the arms undernath the rack.
STEP 5.
Tighten all parts securely.
ALTERNATE ASSEmbLy:
This is a different approach to putting the rack on. Instead of
attaching the arms and sliding, you can attach the arms into the mounting blocks and then
secure to the back of the bike once those are in.
