Raisecom provides straight-through cables and 100 Mbit/s crossover cable which are different
in name only. The straight-through cable is named as CBL-ETH-RJ45/RJ45-D while the
crossover cable is named as CBL-ETH-RJ45/RJ45-X-D

Length
The letter D indicates the length, which is customized. For example,
if the customer requires 2-meter cables, they are named CBL-ETH-
RJ45/RJ45-2m.
8.1.2 Making E1 cables
The E1 interface of the RCMS2902-2E1GE-BL is a 120 Ω RJ45 interface. You should use a
Cat 5 twisted-pair cable with RJ45 connectors to connect the RCMS2902-2E1GE-BL.
The E1 interface of the RCMS2902-2E1GE-BL can transmit 2-way E1 services. When the
peer is a dual BNC interface (75Ω), the RJ45 connector and wiring used at the local are
shown in Figure 8-4 and Table 8-4.
