Enter ISP mode. In this mode, the RC3000-15 is
waiting to be upgraded. You can upgrade MCU
program through the serial interface on the
backplane.

SW1 is in all OFF status before delivery, so the RC3000-15 can work properly.
After upgrade, J9 must be disconnected; otherwise, the RC3000-15 will
malfunction.
