Manual Pro2-400: Jam Remove

 

 

6.5 Assemble the Hot End assembling back and tighten the Nozzle.  Check whether there is a tiny 

gap between Nozzle and Heating Block. 

 

6.6 Install Hot End back. 

 

Step6. Install Everything Back. 

 

Please take Manual Pro2-402 Hotend Replacement as reference during installing the Hot End 

back. 

 

If the jam issue cannot be fixed with the above steps, a new Nozzle may need to be taken into 

consideration.
