increases the risk of accidents.
5. Instructions for safe handling, specific for your purchased
mixer.
When working with percussion drills wear ear protectors.
Effects of loud noise can damage your hearing. Use included in a
complete auxiliary handle. Loss of control over power could lead
to the occurrence of accidents.
5.1. Do not use additional devices which are not
recommended by the manufacturer for this particular power. The
fact that you can attach to specified device or machine working
tool does not ensure safe working with him.
5.2. Work with personal protective equipment. Depending
on the application work with all face mask, eye protection or
goggles. If necessary, work with breathing mask, silencers
(hearing protectors), work shoes or special apron that protects
you from work to dislodge small particles. Your eyes must be
protected from flying into the working area particles. Dust mask
or a breathing filter dust arising from work. If you are exposed for
long periods of loud noise, this can lead to hearing loss.
5.3. If you perform activities which threaten to fall working
tool of hidden wires under tension or affect the power cord, hold
power only elektroizolirani handles. When entering the working
tool in contact with the wires under tension, it is transmitted
through the metal details of the mixer and this may lead to electric
shock.
5.4. Keep the power cord a safe distance from rotating work
tools. If you lose control over the mixer, the cable can be cut or
fascinated by the working tool and it can cause injuries.
5.5. Never leave the mixer, before working tools to completely
stop its rotation. Rotary tool can touch the object, resulting in
losing control over the mixer.
5.6. Regularly clean your vent mixer.
5.7. Do not use the mixer near flammable materials. Flying
sparks can cause the ignition of such materials.
5.8. Never put your hands near the rotary working tools.
5.9. If the supply voltage is interrupted (eg due to blackouts,
or if the plug is removed from contact) unblock the trigger switch
and place it in position “off”. This will prevent uncontrolled
inclusion of the mixer.
5.11. During operation keep mixer firmly with both hands and
lend a stable position of the body. With both hands mixer is kept
more secure.
5.12. Keep your workplace clean.
Mixtures of different materials are particularly hazardous.
Fine shavings from light metals can be samovazplamenyat or
explode.
5.13. Do not use the mixer, where the power cord is
damaged. If during operation the cable is damaged, do not touch.
Immediately disconnect the plug from the outlet.
Damaged power cables increase the risk of electric shock.
Failure of the considered instructions may lead to electric
shock, fire and / or severe injuries.
6. Functional description and purpose of the mixer.
The machine has been designed to mix liquid and powdery
building materials such as paint, mortar, adhesive, plaster and
similar substances. The relevant mixing action (which depends
on the consistency of the materials and the quantity that has to
be mixed) must be set up for the appropriate mixing tool.
Please note that our unit has not been designed for
commercial, industrial or professional use. We will not accept any
guarantee claims if the unit was used in commercial, industrial or
professional sectors or comparable activities.
7. Information on noise and vibration emitted
The values are measured according to EN 60745. A level of
noise generated is generally: the sound pressure level 87.6 dB
(A); sound power 98.6 dB (A). Uncertainty K = 3 dB. Work with
a silencer! The resultant value of vibration (the vector sum of the
three directions) is determined according to EN 60745: The level
of vibration varies depending on the specific activity carried out
and in some cases may exceed that amount in that direction.
If power is used for a long time in this mode, the load caused
by vibration, could be underestimated. Directions: For an exact
estimate of the burden of vibrations in a working cycle should
be recorded and the intervals in which the power is off or idling.
This can significantly reduce the reporting burden of vibrations
throughout the business cycle.
8. Preparing for the job. Installation of accessories and
auxiliary tools.
8.1. Mixer Assembly
The stirrers are easily changed without the use of wrenches.
8.2. Inclusion and exclusion. Beware of the voltage of supply
network! Supply voltage of the network must conform to the
details shown on the plate of power. Appliances marked with 230
V, can be supplied with a voltage of 220 V.
8.3. Ensure that the data listed on the nameplate concurs
with the mains voltage before connecting the unit up.
On / Off switch
Switching on: Press the switch (1)
Continuous running:
Press the locking knob on the switch (1) (2) to lock it in place
Switching off: Press the switch (1) briefly
8.4. Adjust the speed of rotation. Use the speed control to
select the speed.
Switching between 1st - 2nd gear The switch position
enables you to work at high or low speeds. The gear switch
position should only be changed when the unit is stopped, in
order to prevent the gearing from being damaged.
