If there is a pump failure or obstruction that disrupts the
pump, you will see this icon blinking on and off:

shooting section in the User’s Guide.
Calibration Status
The instrument displays this icon if it requires
calibration:
Calibration is required (and indicated by this icon) if:
•
The lamp type has been changed (for
example, from 10.6 eV to 9.8 eV).
•
The sensor has been replaced.
•
It has been 30 days or more since the
instrument was last calibrated.
•
If you have changed the calibration gas type
without recalibrating the instrument.
