Error messages
Should you find an error during the operation with the machine, it will stop and the error will be
shown on the display. Dirt can be removed with a pressurized air spray, soft tissue or brush. Have
your machine serviced regularly to avoid errors.

Blocking 1
One or more banknotes remain in the
feeder.
Remove all the banknotes from the feeder and start the
counting procedure from the beginning.
Blocking 2
Banknote size does not correspond to
standard value.
Remove all the banknotes from the stacker and start the
counting procedure from the beginning.
Blocking 3
A banknote or foreign object lays on the
sensors
Open the machine with the unblocking keys, remove the
blocking object and start the counting procedure from the
beginning.
Motor error
The motor does not work correctly.
Remove all the banknotes from the stacker and start the
counting procedure from the beginning. If the error persists,
contact your distributor.
Banknote thickness
Banknote thickness does not correspond to
standard value.
Remove the last banknote ejected and check if the
banknote is original. Start the counting procedure from the
beginning.
Half Note
Only half a banknote has been detected.
Remove the last banknote ejected and check if the bank-
note is original. Continue the procedure with the START/
RESET key.
Banknote too small
The banknote is smaller as the standard
value.
Remove the last banknote ejected and check if the bank-
note is original. Continue the procedure with the START/
RESET key.
Crumpled banknote
The banknote is crumpled or damaged
Remove the last banknote ejected and all remaining in the
feeder, straight them well. Start counting procedure from
the beginning.
Slant
The banknote has been fed slant.
Remove the last banknote ejected. Place on the remaining
stack on the feeder. Should the error happen again, adjust
the feeder with the screw.
Width
The width of the banknote does not corres-
pond to the standard value.
Remove the last banknote ejected and check if the bank-
note is original. Continue the procedure with the START/
RESET key.
Height
The height of the banknote does not corres-
pond to the standard value.
Remove the last banknote ejected and check if the bank-
note is original. Continue the procedure with the START/
RESET key.
