Further possibilities are available through the “Add State” menu. Press and hold the START/RESET key to
open it. Navigate with the MODE and BATCH keys to the desired option and confirm with SET.
[1. Save Add > Memory]:
The total value and total amount will remain available after turning off the machine, so you can add more
counting procedures to the total sum.
[2. Clear Add]:
The total sum will be immediately deleted, so you can start a new total sum.
3. G. Total:
With the Grand Total mode you can add several total sums into a grand total sum. In the display appears
the message “Grand Total”. When you start the counting procedure, the display shows the message
“Current” and the value and amount of the banknotes counted. When you remove the banknotes from the
stacker the counting result is added to the first total sum, called “Add Total [1]”. Each following counting
procedure will be added to the first total sum.
Note: Use the Grand Total mode if you are doing the cashing up of several tills and you need
not only the total result, but also the partial result of each till.
By pressing the ADD key you can choose between the following options:
[Current]: the following counting procedures will be added to the total sum.
[Verify]: the following counting procedures will not be added to the total sum.
You can find further options in the “Grand Total State” menu, which is opened by pressing and holding the
START/RESET key. Navigate with BATCH and MODE and select your option with SET.
