Mounting Directly on the Wall

To install the TAD-1006 directly on the
wall, you need a drill and two screws
(not supplied) with heads that fit into
the keyhole slots on the mounting
bracket.

1. At the desired mounting location,

drill two holes 3

 inches apart,

one above the other.

2. Thread a screw into each hole

until the screw’s head extends
about

 inch from the wall.

3. Plug one end of the supplied mod-

ular cord into the 

TO LINE

 jack on

the back of the TAD-1006.

4. As shown below, press the modu-

lar cord into the right groove on
the mounting bracket and press
the AC adapter’s cord into the left
groove.

5. Plug the other end of the modular

cord into a modular phone jack.

6. Line up the keyhole slots on the

bracket with the screws in the
wall, then slide the TAD-1006
down onto the screws until it is
secure.
