When battery power becomes low, an alert tone con-
tinuously sounds and

and
flash on the
display. To stop the alert, press the power switch on
the side of the pager.

Depending on your pager’s settings and how many
messages you receive, you have from 12–36 hours of
battery power left when this alert first occurs. Replace
the battery as soon as possible.
Cautions:
• Removing the battery deletes all messages and
settings stored in the pager’s memory.
• Always dispose of old batteries promptly and
properly. Do not burn or bury them.
