RECEIVING AND READING 
MESSAGES

When the pager receives a message, it alerts (beeps
or vibrates) and displays the incoming message for 8
seconds, then returns to standby. To stop the alert
sooner, press and release the power switch.

To read all messages stored in memory, from newest
to oldest, repeatedly press the power switch. Each
time you press it, the pager displays a message fol-
lowed by the length of time (hours and minutes, such
as

The standby display appears when you press the
power switch after reading the last message, or auto-
matically after about 15 seconds if you do not press
the power switch.
