Hold the RA50.3M midrange speaker into the mounting hole and mark the four moun-
ting holes for the screws with a water proof Edding marker or a pencil.

Drill the holes with a power drill, using a 3 mm drill bit. Attach the midrange speaker
wires to the RA50.3M speaker unit. Hold the speaker in place and fix it with the provi-
ded four self tapping screws contained in the mounting hardware kit.

Now fix the metal grille to the mounting rim. Done!
CROSSOVER WIRING

Wire the crossover unit as shown in the schematic diagram shown overleaf. Be sure to
maintain speaker polarity at the input/output terminals of the crossover!

The transparent cover of the x-over housing can be pushed back to gain access to the
screw mounting holes and the jumpers for tweeter/midrange attenuation inside the
housing. For midrange and tweeter level adjustments, see chapter "FINE TUNING OF
MIDRANGE/ TWEETER LEVELS", page 19.

Fix the crossover in place with the provided self-tapping screws - avoiding the exposure
of the crossovers to water, excess humidity or other fluids.

When you have determined the best tweeter locations, the tweeter level can be
attenuated by a jumper located inside the crossover housing. Therefore the crossovers
must remain accessible!
