MAINTENANCE
To keep the boiler in efficient and safe operating condition, we advise you to perform the following checks at least once a year:
Check all seals on the gas side and replace gaskets to restore perfect seal as required.
Check all seals on the water side and replace gaskets to restore perfect seal as required.
Visually check combustion and the combustion chamber; dismantle and clean the chamber if necessary.
Check of main heat exchanger and cleaning if necessary.
Check functioning of gas safety systems: insufficient gas safety (flame detection sensor for electronic ignition boilers,
thermocouple for pilot light boilers)
Check the flue exhaust safety
Check the minimum and maximum modulation pressure and the modulation
Check that the electrical connection conforms to the description in the instruction manual for the boiler.
Check domestic water flow rate and temperature.
UNPACKING
For RBA CS 24 E models
(Fig.1)

Cut the black straps.

Lift up the cardboard box
-
Push the boiler on one side and remove the pallet
underneath
For RBA CS 100 E model
(Fig.2)

Unnail the packing wooden crate paying attention not to
damage the external boiler casing.

Push the boiler on one side and remove the pallet
underneath
N.B:
The packing materials (cardboard, polystyrene foam and
wood) are individually recyclable.
IMPORTANT !
The packing materials (plastic bags, polystyrene foam, nails
etc.) are potentially dangerous and must not be left in the reach
of children .
