The heater doesn't switch ON

and that there is power supply;

at the same time

Make sure that a unique identification number has
been assigned to each product.
At full power only one heating element lights up

Contact a service center or your dealer as it is pos-
sible that the heating element that does not light
is damaged.
The remote control doesn't work

Make sure the battery is charged and correctly in-
serted. If in doubt, try to replace the battery;

Make sure that the product ID number you want
to turn is identical to the one set on the remote

Make sure to be within the working range of the
remote control (max 10m from the product).
The product produces an unpleasant smell
•
When the radiator is brand new it is possible that in
the first minutes of operation emits an unpleasant
odor due to residues of workmanship in the con-
struction process;
•
Already used products may emit an unpleasant
odor if not used for a long time and/or if they are
used in polluted environments with poor air quality.
