Replacement parts can be ordered from Radia by telephone, fax, or email:
If you need help in determining the proper part(s) to order, please call Customer Care
at 1-800-221-1083. Always indicate the Model and Serial numbers of the machine when
ordering replacement parts.
GENERAL PARTS REPLACEMENT POLICIES
While your machine is under warranty, do not attempt on-site repair or parts replacement
without first contacting RADIA. (to protect your warranty). After the warranty expires,
replacement parts and recommendations for on-site servicing are available from RADIA.

RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee will be charged on all unused parts which are returned.
