FRESH SALSA

10 Roma tomatoes, quartered and seeds removed
1 medium jalapeno pepper, halved and seeds removed
1 large onion, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves stripped from the stems
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Place all of the ingredients into the Food Processor with the Chopping
Blade. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Remove from the Bowl, cover and
refrigerate for 2 hours. 

Yield:

3 cups

PEANUT BUTTER

12 ounces cocktail party peanuts
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Place all of the ingredients into the Food Processor with the Chopping
Blade. Chop on Speed 2 until smooth. Remove from the Bowl and serve.
Store in the refrigerator to keep fresh.

Yield:

1 1/2 cups
