Downloading the RaceChip app
Installation
If you do not fi nd an entry in your Google Play Store or Apple Store under the search term
“RaceChip”, the RaceChip app may not be supported by your smartphone. In this case, please
fi rst make sure that your smartphone is running the latest operating system version. If this is the
case, but you still cannot fi nd the RaceChip app, please contact our Customer Service staff.
1. The RaceChip app is free to download. It is
compatible with smartphones running the
following operating systems:
If you have an older version of either of these operating systems, please update the operating system on your
smartphone.

Android-Smartphone:
Open the Google Play Store.
iPhone:
Open the Apple App Store.
3. Enter the search term
RaceChip
in the search box. The RaceChip app should appear in the list of search results as in
the following picture.
4. Now download the RaceChip app for free and install it on your smartphone.
5. The icon of the RaceChip app should now appear on your smartphone and you should be able to open the program.
