This function returns the maximum number of characters that can be displayed within the text window.
NOTE:
Execute the
TextWindowFrame
function before using this function.
PARAMETERS
wPtr
is a pointer to the window frame descriptor.
RETURN VALUE
The maximum number of characters that can be displayed within the text window.
