In the two tables relative to the Traffic Message Channel, refer to the CEN TC 278
SWG7.3 E pr ENV/278/7/3/004 of the CEN TC 278 WG7 for the specific codes.

The LTN code is found in this board, Location Table Number, together with the SID
Service Identifier, plus the setting of the coverage area, which can be considered as
an identification code of the sender, similar to the PI.

All parameters required for the event description are provided in the following board.
