GSM modem (only with telemetry options).
[2] FAN
External forced cooling fan.
[3] R.F. TEST
RF test output, about
-60dBc
compared to the RF output
power level, suitable for modulation monitoring. Not usable
for spectral analysis.
[4] CARRIER FREQ. ADJ
Fine adjustment trimmer for the transmission frequency.
[5] PHASE ADJ
Phase adjustment trimmer.
[6] 19 kHz PILOT OUT
Pilot tone output BNC connector, which can be used to
synchronize external devices such as the RDS coder.
[7] SCA2
BNC connector for unbalanced SCA2 input.
[8] SCA1/RDS
Unbalanced SCA1/RDS input BNC connector.
[9] MPX
Unbalanced MPX input BNC connector.
[10] MPX ADJ
MPX input level adjustment trimmer.
[25] RIGHT ADJ
Right input level adjustment trimmer.
[12] LEFT/MONO ADJ
Left-mono input level adjustment trimmer.
[13] RIGHT
XLR connector for the balanced audio input of the right
channel.
[14] IMPEDANCE
Dip-switch to set the balanced input impedance, 600Ω or
10kΩl.
[15] LEFT/MONO
XLR connector for the balanced audio input of the left-mono
channel.
[16] MAINS
VDE connector for mains power supply, 230 V (+/- 15%)
50-60 Hz.
[17] MAIN FUSE
Fuse for mains power supply.
[18] FAN PLUG
Power supply connector for the forced cooling fan.
[19] R.F. OUTPUT
RF output connector, 7/8” EIA type Flange, 50Ω.
[20] INTERLOCK OUT
Interlock output BNC connector: when the transmitter goes
into stand-by mode, the (normally floating) central conductor
is switched to ground.
[21] SERVICE
Reserved for future use.
[22] INTERLOCK IN
Incoming interlock BNC connector: by grounding the central
conductor, the transmitter is forced into stand-by mode.
