REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS

REINSTALLING TRANSAXLE

1. Strip red and black transaxle wires 5\16”.

2. Strip red and black harness wires 5\16”.

3. Crimp butt connectors on to transaxle wires.

4. Carefully put new transaxle into position.

5. Carefully put 2’’x4’’x12’’ boards under new tranaxle.

6. Reinstall transaxle mounts (Making sure to use alignment marks) and

install 5\16” nuts and lock washers and tighten.(See figure below)

7. Crimp butt connectors from transaxle wires back to harness and put

8”wire tie on the transaxle wires to the frame.

8. Reinstall the tires.

9. Remove jack stands.
