7 LAN access to RIDA®QUICK SCAN II
To have access via LAN to all measurements, methods, and lots, it is possible to use an FTP
program to access the RIDA®QUICK SCAN II. The RIDA®QUICK SCAN II and the PC must
have a valid network connection, and they both must be in the same network. For reasons
of data security, LAN access should be allowed only for the duration of data transmission,
and the device should be disconnected from the network directly afterward.
For example, communication via FileZilla® https://filezilla-project.org (FileZilla Client) is
recommended. This allows data to be downloaded from the RIDA®QUICK SCAN II and
provides access to the “measurements,” “lots,” “methods,” and CSV (PDF) report
directories.

Server: LFTXXXXXXX (serial number of the device)
User name: ftp
Password: -- (leave it blank)
Port: 22
