Starting ‘Program A’
‘Program A’ cannot be started before the incubator has reached the set
temperature (approx. 10 - 15 min to reach 64 °C (147.2 °F)).
Press ‘Start/Stop’ to start of ‘Program A’. The running indicator lights
constantly.

Test ampoules into the incubator and ensure that
they are fully inserted, touching wall and bottom of the incubator wells.
At the end of the incubation time the incubator sounds an alert signal
and the running indicator turns off.
To stop
‘Program A’ during incubation, press and hold ‘Start/Stop’ for
3 s.
7.4 Program b
In ‘Program b’ temperature and time can be set for two consecutive
segments. After the incubation time of the first segment is reached, the
second segment is started automatically. After the set time of the second
segment is reached the incubator sounds an alert signal and the
temperature will stay at the set value.
‘Program b’ is intended for the incubation of shrimp, kidney, egg and feed
samples. Therefore, the first segment has a pre-set incubation
temperature of 80 °C (176 °F) and incubation time of 10 min. The second
segment has a pre-set incubation temperature of 64 °C (147.2 °F) and
incubation time of 2 h 30 min.
