Warnings and warranty
Warnings
Improper use can put yourself and others at
risk. With improper use, the warranty will
expire as well.
Do not use any other battery than the one
provided by QWIC.
For maintenance checks on your electric bicycle
you can always go to your QWIC dealer.
Warranty
There is a 5 year warranty for the frame. There is 2
years product warranty for the electrical components.
On all battery types there is a 2 year warranty. The
warranty terms and conditions can be found on the
website.
