Quicksilver 755OP — System & Component Overview and Operation

37

Only tow water skis or wakeboards. Do not tow parasails,

kits, or other boats. Do not tow more than two persons at

one time. Use caution with skier in tow as rope may snap

back into cockpit when released. Failure to follow these

guidelines may result in injury or death.

The deck plate is a downflooding point. When the ski pole is

not in use, verify that the deck plate is properly installed.

Failure to do so may result in injury or death.

Ski Pole

Ski pylon
Deck plate
Stern eyes
Ski pole base

The ski pylon is only used for water skiing or wakeboarding. If you are tubing or engaging in other
recreational towing, Quicksilver® recommends that you attach the tow rope to the stern eyes at the
transom of your boat.

Remove the ski pylon from the base before raising engine to

trailer mode to avoid any damage to the engine cowl.

Remove the ski pylon from the base before using the

motorwell bridge. Failure to do this will damage both the ski

pylon and motorwell bridge.

21. Motorwell Bridge (optional)

An optional motorwell bridge is available which allows for easy passage between the port and
starboard swim platforms. To use, remove the latch and rotate the bridge into position. When the
boat is underway or the motorwell bridge is not in use, Quicksilver® recommends that the bridge is
stored in the vertical position.

potentially enter the bilge. Quicksilver® suggests that prior to installing or removing the ski pylon,
spray water on the ski pole to help slide it through the deck plate.

When the ski pole is not in use, Quicksilver® recommends that you secure the pole in the cabin.
