12.3 Crash testing on the Q300M, all models.
A representative Q300M wheelchair has been tested in
accordance with the dynamic performance requirements
specified in ISO 7176-19:2008: “Wheeled Mobility Devices
for use in Motor Vehicles” using an Unwins four-point
strap restraint system that conform to ISO 10542 or
equivalent and was used in accordance with the WTORS
manufacturer’s instructions.
The Unwins restraint system was used for these tests.
However other restraint systems can be used as long as
they conform to ISO 10542 or equivalent and are used in
accordance with the WTORS manufacturer’s instructions.
They must also be checked to make sure that they are
sufficiently specified for the weight of the wheelchair and
rider

is used to identify the tie
down points on all wheelchair models.
