Configuring Security
To configure or change the network security settings for all Home and guest devices,
Log on to the QHHS Web portal
Click the Settings menu and then click Security.
On the Security page, configure the network and browsing security settings as follows:
IPS/IDS: With this option, you can activate the intrusion detection and prevention for all
Home and guest devices.
Use the toggle bar to enable or disable the intrusion detection and prevention. By
default, it is turned on.
Device to Device Access Restriction: With this option, you can restrict the connected
things from communicating with one another.
Use the toggle bar to enable or disable the device to device access restriction. By
default, it is turned on.
Browsing Protection: Browsing security provides a complete protection from cyber
threats. It protects your devices from various kinds of malicious, phishing, and
fraudulent attempts.
Use the toggle bar to enable or disable the browsing protection for malicious, phishing,
and fraudulent websites. By default, it is turned on.
Phishing Protection: Phishing protection prevents phishing attempts and restricts the
devices from accessing the phishing websites.
Use the toggle bar to enable or disable the phishing protection. By default, it is turned
on.
System
With System, you can
reset the admin password, set billing cycle, change time zone, set email
address to receive notification, backup and restore devices, factory reset, upgrade firmware,
and reboot the device.
Reset Admin Password
The admin password is the password that you use for logging on to the QHHS Web portal.
To change the admin password,
Log on to the QHHS Web portal
Click the Settings menu and then click System.
In the Reset admin password section, enter old password, new password, and re-enter the
new password.
