For children with a body weight no more than 11 kg and a maximum age of 12 months.
Do not place the changing table next to a window. Curtains and their accessories can cause su

ocation for babies.
Stay within reach.
Place the changing table on a stable and secure surface.
This product should only be installed by adults and do not allow children to approach during installation.
When moving or adjusting the changing table, babies and children should not be left alone on the table.
It is forbidden to press the unfold button when the baby is on the changing table.
When the changing table is inactive and folded, it must be laid

at and it is forbidden to place the table against a wall or
other objects.
In order to prevent mildew, do not fold and store the product if it gets wet.
Store the product in a well-ventilated area and keep it dry.
Avoid direct sunlight.
The lower storage basket can only hold light items and the load should not exceed 3 kg.

ttings shall always be correctly tightened and checked regularly and do not show sharp edges which may injure the
child or snag on its clothing (or cords, necklaces, paci

er ribbons), causing a strangulation hazard. Check all connection
points.
Inspection
: Regularly check the changing table for broken, torn or missing parts. No longer use this furniture whenever
such parts are found.
Replacement of parts
: allways use original parts, to obtain from the manufacturer or the distributor.

These changing pads are available separately from your Quax dealer.
Maintenance
: Only clean the changing table with soap or any other mild cleaning agent without toxic components and
with warm water. Let the changing table dry completely before folding and storing. Do not use dry cleaning. Do not use
bleach. Do not use a machine to clean, do not tumble dry and do not spin.
