Antenna

Attaching the Antenna

1. Align the threaded end of the antenna with the radio’s antenna connector.

2. Turn the antenna clockwise to fasten it, as shown in Figure 5.

Removing the Antenna

Rotate the antenna counterclockwise to remove it.

Belt Clip

Attaching the Belt Clip

Align the two screw holes on the metal bracket of the belt clip with holes on the elliptical

protrusion on the back side of the radio. Then secure the belt clip on the back side of the

radio, as shown in Figure 6. Align the belt clip screws with screw holes on the metal

bracket of the belt clip, and then secure the screws.
