Installing the NDX 1U
NAS Server into a Rack

Confirm that inner rails have been secured to the NDX 1U NAS server.

Confirm that the outer rails are installed on the rack.

Align the ends of the inner rails on the NDX 1U NAS SERVER with the front of the
outer rails on the rack.

Slide the inner rails into the outer rails, keeping the pressure even on both sides (you
may have to depress the locking tabs when inserting). When the NDX 1U NAS server
has been pushed completely into the rack, you should hear the locking tabs click
into the locked position.
