Magnetic Key
Used to lock
and unlock the
DX System.

Off-board Charger Socket
Connects to Battery Charger Plug.

DXBUS Sockets
Connects the DXBUS cable to the
remainder of the DX System.
Joystick
Controls speed and direction —
also can be used for actuator
control and selection.
Drive Mode & Actuator Display
7-segment display for showing the
selected drive program. Also displays
Drive Inhibit & Actuator Mode when
applicable.
On/Off Key
Toggles system power
on and off when
Magnetic Key Lock
System is not in use.
System Status Light
Indicates the On/Off status of the power chair
and flashes to indicate system faults.
Magnetic Key Lock System & LED
Magnetic key used to power off the unit
to prevent unauthorized driving.
I/O
LED
Horn Switch Key
Activates the warning horn if
pressed while system power is on.
Battery Condition Meter
A series of six LEDs which
indicate charge level.
Lighting Select Keys
These switches control the
selection of optional lighting
functions and are equipped with
their own LED indicators.
Drive Program Select Key
Cycles through and selects one of
the five drive programs or the
Actuator Mode.
