this procedure.
Removing and replacing an expansion card in expansion card riser 2 or riser 3 includes the following steps:

To remove a failed expansion card from riser 2 or 3:

4. Holding the touch points, lift the expansion card riser 2 or 3 from the riser connector on the system board
