• Ensure power is
supplied to the Q-View

• Ensure the power

cable is connected
to both the Q-View
Imager Pro and the
computer
• Disconnect the
Q-View Imager Pro
USB cable from the
computer, restart the
computer, and cycle
the power on the
Q-View Imager Pro.
Tray button is
flashing red
Q-View
Imager Pro is
overheating
Remove airflow
obstructions, reduce
ambient temperature
of the room.
Cannot open
