When this alarm appears, the machine will operate using the default factory
parameters for boiler pressure, coffee doses, etc.
E22-BOILER HEATING ERROR
Ensure that the general switch is in position “
1
” or “ ” (cup-warmer depending on
the model). If it is in this position, call the technical service.
E23-LEFT STEAM ARM The left steam arm is not detected. Also indicated by means of the left steam button
flashing. Call the technical service.
E23-RIGHT STEAM ARM The right steam arm is not detected. Also indicated by means of the right steam
button flashing. Call the technical service.
W28-PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Call the technical service. Refer to page 40 -

W31-STEAM NOT AVAILABLE Indicates that the temperature of the steam boiler is below 103ºC. Wait
until the temperature reaches the programmed temperature.

E51-¡PARAMETER ERROR! Call the technical service. Error in the internal configuration of the Display. When
this alarm appears, the Display selects the default “language” and “password”
(SPANISH, 1234)
PRESSURE COMPENSATION Wait until the message disappears. This cycle is activated when starting the
machine, provided the temperature inside the boiler is below 60ºC.
BOILER EMPTYING By keeping the hot water button pressed down for 3 seconds, the partial emptying
of the boiler is activated. This is indicated by the hot water button flashing and the
message “
BOILER EMPTYING
” appearing on the Display.
PROGRAM MODE
Indicates that the machine is in programming mode.
GROUP CLEAN CYCLE START Indicates that the machine is performing the automatic cleaning cycle.
GROUP CLEAN CYCLE FINISHED Indicates that the machine has finished the automatic cleaning cycle.
