Important Information

This appliance is not for professional use. Failure to follow this instruction carefully may result in damage to 

the appliance included heaters, grill hot plates and surface.

The Sandwich maker is perfectly suited for preparing hot and grilled sandwiches and simmilar type of the 

food.

How to use

•  When using for the first time, remove all packaging materials from the product. unwind and completely 

untangle the power cable.

•  Clean the toasting surface with a soft damp cloth, then dry.

•  Slightly smear plate with butter, margarine or cooking oil (recommendation).

•  To start heating, plug the cord into electrical outlet, lower the cover of the appliance and lock the safety 

catch. Ensure that the 

Red

 light indicator lights up, signalling that power is on.

•  The appliance must be heated up before you make your sandwiches.

 

Wait

 for 

Green

 indicator lamp to light up. In the meantime, prepare your sandwich.

•  When the Green indicator lamp lights up, the heating plates are now sufficiently heated and you can start 

to heat and grill your sandwiches.

•  Open the appliances by unlocking the safety catch. 

•  Put toast sandwich on heating plate.

•  Close the appliance, making sure that safety catch is locked. 

•  While sandwich maker is in use, the green light indicator cycles "ON" and "OFF".

•  After toasting (between 2-4 minutes), unplug the appliance from the power source and remove sandwich 

from the cooking plates using a flet wooden or plastic spatula. Never use sharp or metal utensils (e.g. 

forks, knives, metal spatula) as this may damage the non stick coating of the heating plates.

•  Keep the unit open and allow it to cool down.

•  If you wish to make more sandwiches, plug in appliance once more.

  Close the appliance and wait until the toasting surface have reheated sufficiently.

•  When the green light indicator lamp lights up, you can now repeat the toasting process as described 

above.

•  After completion of the toasting sandwiches process, disconecct the power plug immediatelly. With the 

appliance open, allow it to cool down before cleaning.

• 

CAUTION

: The heating surface as well as the sides and top of the appliance may get very hot. Avoid any 

contact. The sandwich maker must always be positioned horizontally during use.

•  Make it a habit of unplugging the power cord from the power source if you plan to leave the product 

unattended.

Clean and Care 

•  First, disconnect the power plug.

•  Start cleaning only when the appliance has completely cooled down.

•  Clean the housing surface and the toasting surfaces with a soft, dump cloth.

•  Remove toast or food crumbs with a soft brush.

•  Never use abrasive cleaning agents or sharp objects (e.g. scrubbing brush or knife) for cleaning.

•  CAUTION: Do not immerse the appliance in a water or other liquids to avoid electric shock.

Service

•  Do not operate the Sandwich maker when:

    a)  cord or plug is damaged

    b)  in the case of the product malfunctions

    c)  if the product appears damaged in any manner

  Bring the product to the place of prchase or to any athorized service centre for inspection, repair or 

replacement.

• 

CAUTION: 

To reduce the risk of electric shock, do not disassemble the product by yourself. No user 

serviceable parts inside. Refer all service to an authorized Quadro service facility only.
