You are now the proud owner of the Quadro Sandwich maker.

Before using for the first time, kindly take time to carfully read your user manual. Please observe all safety 

precautions and follow operating procedures. After reading, kindly store your manual in a safe place for your 

future reference. If you pass this appliance to a third party, these operating manual must also be hended 

over.

Environmentally-friendly treatment:

According to the EU Directive No 2002/96/EC concerning the products labeled with a symbol of a crossed trash 

can, the manufacturer warns that this product cannot be considered a standard domestic waste. By proper 

treatment, management and recycling of such waste the owner of the product prevents users from the potential 

negative consequences to health, which may be caused by inadequate management or disposal of such waste. 

For more information concerning recycling and management of the product, please contact your 

local government office for dangerous waste management, or the vendor from which you purchased 

the product. 

Waste electrical products must not be dispose with household waste. This equipment should be 

taken to your local recycling centre for safe treatment.

Safety instructions

•  Before using this appliance, read the user instructions carefully.

•  Always operate the sandwich maker  from a power source of the same voltage, frequency and rating 

as indicated on the rating label.

•  Do not operate or place any sandwich maker on or near any hot surface such as a gas or electric burner, 

hotplate or heated oven.

•  The tempearture of accessible surfaces may be high when the sandwich maker is operating. Avoid 

touching hot surfaces during use. Use the cover or handle only.

•  Keep these instructions, warranty card, purchase receipt and, if possible, the box, together with inner 

packaging.

•  This appliance is only for domestic use, and not for commercial use.

•  This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or 

mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or 

instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

•  Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.

•  Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before assembling, 

disassembling or cleaning.

•  Do not allow children to use the appliance without supervision.

•  Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If any defect is found, do not operate.

•  Do not attempt to repair the unit yourself, but take it to an authorized repairer.

•  If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or a qualified 

person in order to avoid a hazard.

•  Keep appliance and cable away from direct radiant heat from the sun, from damp, from sharp edges and 

other dangers.

•  Never use your appliance without paying attention! Always unplug the unit when not in use, even for a 

moment.

•  Insert only original parts.

•  Do not use outdoors.

•  Never immerse the unit in water or any other liquids, or come into contact with them. Do not use it with 

wet hands.

•  If the appliance should become wet or damp, remove plug from mains socket immediately. Do not put 

your hands in the water!

•  Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.
