Fog Light Installation on QRC Bumpers: Sahara & Rubicon Vehicles
QRC Front Bumper: Install on Vehicle
Loosely attach the supplied fog lamp
bracket to bumper with two 4mm but-
ton head screws and two washers using
the provided 2.5mm hex key. (FIG24)
Next, Hold fog lamp in place and attach
to bumper with four 4mm button head
screws, washers on both sides and then
secure with a 4mm nut using the
provided 2.5mm hex key and a 7mm
wrench. The top most outer screw will
come in from the backside as shown.
(FIG25). Finally, tighten all fasteners
once fog lamp is in position.
Repeat steps on the opposite side.

Secure the bumper to the outside of
frame with (4) (two on each side) 12mm
bolts, lock washers and flat washers
using a 18mm socket and ratchet.
Torque the bolts to 66ft pounds. (FIG26)
On the inside of frame secure bumper
with four 12mm washers and nylock
nuts using a 19mm socket and ratchet.
Torque the bolts to 66ft pounds. (FIG27)

With the help of a friend lift the bumper
into place on the frame of the Jeep.
