Manual Calls
Manual calls allow you to connect to the Online Server in order to retrieve new infor-
mation (update postal rates, slogans/ERA or messages) or to enable features and
options (weighing platform capacity, number of accounts...).
You can trigger a call to the Online Services server from the user menu as well as
from the supervisor menu.

To trigger a generic call as a User:

the available elements (rates, slogans, etc.).

If the connection type is PC Meter Link , manual calls are no lon-
ger available in My Credit menu and Online Services menu of
your Mailing System screen.
